The anchor that failed last time was completely redesigned. It has a lot more redundancy, and now three components would have to fail for it to come apart. The top of the tower is complete different too. The lighting has also changed, it's flashing white strobes during the day and standard red at night. The base still has the huge insulator and loop transformer (all 50,000 watts go through those rings) |
