kallahar writes The Center for the Advancement of Nonviolence put together a GREAT list of what the US (and all countries) need to do to make the world a safer place. This is an excellent list of things that should be common sense. It also lists treaties that the US has NOT signed, such as the Landmine Treaty to outlaw certain land mines, and the Nuclear Test Ban.
