kallahar writes An 21 year old American mother was killed in Israel by Israeli soldiers last Friday. Democracy Now has the story. The US State Department said that they knew she was a citizen, but did not plan to release a statement, and the US news agencies haven't picked up the story. Democracy now is known for running stories that the "popular" media will ignore. What happened to our government protecting our citizens?
