kallahar writes I heard on NPR this morning that the US has frozen the assets of several Islamic charities that may be linked to terrorists. What recourse do these people have if they are innocent? Do they have the right to a trial? Are they innocent until proven guilty? I don't know, but in our current witch burning fever I doubt they enjoy the protection that a white american does.
