Good news! The UN voted 15-0 for an arms inspection plan that will disarm Iraq. This is an excellent win for peace because (1) it gives Iraq one last chance, (2) it sets a specific time frame for compliance, and (3) it gives the UN the right to decide to attack if Iraq doesn't comply.
