Oppression: DOJ decides to spy on attorney-client talks

kallahar writes CNN is reporting that the Department of Justice has decided (can they really just 'decide' this?) to violate the age-old attorney-client privilege and monitor attorney-client communications. The DOJ says it only applies to terrorists, but how hard is it for someone to accuse someone else of being a terrorist?
