kallahar writes I heard last night on Fox News (local affiliate) that there is a bill in the state of California that would make *viewing* street racing illegal. The idea is to scare onlookers off, but what it really does is give the police to arrest people at their whim. What's next, making it illegal to view someone smoking? To see a kid drinking? Come on, make laws that will be enforced for everyone, otherwise people will continue to lose respect for the laws.
