kallahar writes Salon has a great article about the new FBI procedures for wiretapping. Basically, they can now find out who you call, what buttons you press (such as bank account, pin's, etc), and who else is in on a call without getting a wiretap order. This means that the FBI has far more power now to do what they want without a judge overseeing it.
